・BASEショップで販売している商品は、すべて 製作済みの定番商品 です。
　ご購入後、すぐに発送が可能です。

・取り扱い素材は、デニムやアーミーダックなど、長くご愛用いただける丈夫な天然素材を使用しています。
・生地の風合いや色味には、素材特有のわずかな個体差や織り傷が入ることがございます。
　手仕事ならではの味わいとしてお楽しみください。

■ オーダーメイドについて

・オーダーメイドは 沖縄県名護市の店頭のみで承っております。
　ネットショップでは受け付けておりませんのでご了承ください。

・オーダーをご希望の方は、店頭またはInstagramのDMにてご相談ください。

■ 納期・発送について

・ご入金確認後、5〜7日以内に発送いたします。

・発送は沖縄県名護市より行います。
　天候や配送状況により、到着が遅れる場合がございます。
・店頭での販売も行なっているため時差により万一売り切れの場合はご了承ください

■ 返品・交換について

・不良品を除き、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

・万が一不備がございましたら、商品到着後3日以内 にご連絡ください。

■ About Our Products

All items available in our BASE shop are ready-made standard products.
Your order will be shipped promptly after purchase.

We use durable natural materials such as denim and army duck canvas — fabrics designed to age beautifully and last for years.

Please note that slight variations in texture, color, or small weaving marks may occur due to the nature of the materials.
We hope you’ll enjoy these as part of the unique character of handmade craftsmanship.

■ Custom Orders

Custom orders are available only at our physical store in Okinawa Japan.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept custom orders through the online shop.

■ Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 5–7 days after payment is confirmed.

All shipments are sent from Japan.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on weather or courier conditions.

Because we also sell items in our physical store, availability may change and some items could sell out before your order is processed. We appreciate your understanding.

■ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
(Returns are only accepted in the case of defective items.)
