・アーミーダック素材の場合、シャトル織機特有の織り傷やブルーラインと呼ばれる生地端の線が入ることがございます
・一点ずつ手作業のため、縫製方法やサイズ感などわずかな個体差があります
・予告なく副資材（パーツ等）が変更になる場合があります
・いずれも手仕事ならではの味わいとしてお楽しみください

■ 納期・発送について

・ご入金確認後5営業日以内に発送いたします

・発送は沖縄県名護市より行います
・天候や配送状況により到着が遅れる場合がございます
・店頭での販売も行なっているため、時差により万一売り切れの場合はご了承ください

■ 返品・交換について

・不良品を除き、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません

・万が一不備がございましたら、商品到着後3日以内にご連絡をお願いいたします

■納品書・領収書

■Custom Orders

Custom orders are available exclusively
at our atelier in Nago, Okinawa.

■Shipping

・Orders will be shipped within 5 business
days after payment is confirmed.

・International orders are shipped
through BASE’s international
shipping service.

・Delivery times may vary depending
on the destination, weather, and
shipping conditions.
・As our products are also available
in-store, an item may occasionally
become unavailable due to timing.

■Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges
for reasons other than product defects.

If you receive a defective or incorrect
item, please contact us within 3 days
of delivery.
